A1 Portables rents and sells storage containers, container offices, and ground-level offices from a single yard in Lexington, serving central and eastern Kentucky. The Reynolds family has run the business across three generations, and that long tenure shapes how the company operates: customers deal directly with the owners from quote through pickup. Inventory covers 10-foot, 20-foot, and 40-foot units in standard, high-cube, and double-door configurations, plus one-trip and modified builds. A1 also runs a purpose-built trailer that relocates containers while they are still loaded, a service most rental providers in the region will not quote. Rental units ship with lock boxes, and in-house customization is available. Founded in 1935, it remains family owned and operated.
