1. About RentalModo

RentalModo is an online directory that provides information, reviews, and resources about on-site rental companies — including storage container rentals, fence rentals, and mobile office rentals — and related service providers. We partner with 360Connect, a third-party lead generation service, to help businesses connect with qualified suppliers. When you fill out a supplier matching form on our Site, your information is transmitted to 360Connect, who handles the matching and follow-up process. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the Site

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes, including browsing directory listings, reading content, and submitting information to request supplier quotes or matches.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information

4. Supplier Matching Form and 360Connect Partnership

The supplier matching forms displayed on our Site are powered by our partnership with 360Connect. When you submit a form:

• Your information is transmitted to 360Connect for supplier matching.
• 360Connect — not RentalModo — handles your request, matches you with rental companies, and conducts follow-up communication.
• 360Connect’s terms and privacy policy govern their handling of your information and the matching process.
• RentalModo does not own, rent, deliver, install, service, or warranty any storage containers, fences, mobile offices, or other rental equipment. We are an information and referral source only.
• Any rental agreement, transaction, or relationship you enter into with a supplier is solely between you and that supplier.

5. Directory Listings and Third-Party Information

The Site contains information about rental companies, suppliers, and other third parties. This information is compiled from publicly available sources, research, and third-party contributions. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing.
• Inclusion in our directory does not constitute an endorsement.
• We are not responsible for the products, services, conduct, or business practices of any listed supplier.
• You should independently verify any information before making business decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to RentalModo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

The “RentalModo” name and logo are trademarks of RentalModo. All other trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

7. User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to the Site (reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, etc.), you grant RentalModo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with our business. You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including 360Connect and individual supplier sites. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The results obtained from using the Site will be accurate or reliable
• Any supplier contacted through 360Connect will meet your expectations or requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or outcomes related to suppliers matched through 360Connect or any rental transactions you enter into with them.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RentalModo and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Modifications to the Site and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Partnership Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and RentalModo regarding your use of the Site.
