The shop is staffed by more than 70 certified welders, engineers, electricians, carpenters, and painters whose combined modification experience exceeds 500 years. Container rental runs on flexible 28-day billing with prorating after the first cycle, and inventory spans 10-foot through 45-foot single-door, double-door, roll-up, and high-cube units plus ground-mounted offices and split office/storage combos. The same Phoenix yard supports modification work for NASA, the US Navy, the City of Los Angeles, and more than 31,000 commercial, construction, and residential customers nationwide. Founded in 1995, the company also operates a second Arizona branch in Tucson.
